These terms apply to your subscription to Stream Everything, provided by Stream Everything.

The service

You receive market analysis and education by email. A market read lands every week. Explainers go out when something big moves. A monthly primer teaches one concept properly.

Educational content only

Stream Everything is educational content only. It is not a financial product or financial advice, and it is not intended to imply any recommendation or opinion about any financial product. It does not consider your objectives, finances or needs. Speak to a licensed financial professional before making any investment or trading decision. Price and billing

The subscription costs A$49.99 per month in Australian dollars. Your card is charged when you subscribe and then on the same date each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. We will give you notice before any price change takes effect.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds and your consumer rights

We don't refund part-used billing periods when you change your mind. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits those rights. To ask about a refund or raise a problem, contact streameverythingaustralia@gmail.com.

Personal use

Content is for your own use. Please do not resell, republish or forward it outside your household.

Liability

You are responsible for your own financial decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for investment or trading losses arising from your use of the service. This does not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
